Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the permitted and prohibited uses of the Ralpha platform. It applies to all users, including those accessing the platform via the web interface, Unreal Engine plugin, or API. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

Permitted Uses

• Generating 3D scenes for personal, commercial, or educational projects
• Using generated content in films, games, advertisements, and presentations
• Sharing generated content on social media or portfolios with attribution
• Building applications that integrate with the Ralpha API
• Using the Unreal Engine plugin for scene construction and rendering
• Collaborating with team members on shared projects
• Uploading reference images you own or have rights to use
• Exporting scenes and renders for use in other applications

Prohibited Content

You must not generate, upload, or distribute content that:

Sexual / NSFW

• Depicts sexual acts or nudity
• Is pornographic or sexually exploitative
• Sexualizes minors in any way

Violence

• Depicts graphic or gratuitous violence
• Glorifies or promotes real-world violence
• Depicts torture, mutilation, or gore
• Simulates terrorist attacks or mass violence

Hate Speech

• Promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, or disability
• Uses slurs, symbols, or imagery associated with hate groups
• Denies or trivializes historical atrocities

Illegal Content

• Promotes or facilitates illegal activities
• Provides instructions for manufacturing drugs, weapons, or explosives
• Depicts or facilitates human trafficking
• Constitutes fraud, identity theft, or money laundering

Intellectual Property

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Creates unauthorized replicas of copyrighted characters
• Generates deepfakes of real people without their consent

Prohibited Actions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service or its components
• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass content moderation systems
• Using the Service to develop a competing product or service
• Sharing account credentials or providing unauthorized access
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Impersonating other users, Ralpha staff, or public figures
• Using the API to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Overloading the Service with excessive requests (DoS attacks)
• Reselling or redistributing the Service without authorization

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP are handled through a progressive enforcement system:

Severe violations (child exploitation, terrorism) may result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to law enforcement, regardless of prior history.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it:

• Use the "Report" button on any content within the platform
• Email abuse@ralpha.io with details and, if possible, the content ID

We review all reports within 24 hours and take action promptly. We will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith.
